Privacy: All online payments are handled by PayPal over a secure link. No personal banking or credit card information is handled or made available to Sh Online Shop, see also PayPal Privacy Policy.
All personal information provided by you will be used by us only in relation to sending you the CD's and for Invoicing and enquiries and will not be forwarded or used for any other purpose. (Except when requested by a legal entity or court of law.)
Returns: In the unlikely event that your CD is damaged or faulty please contact us to arrange a return/replacement within 28 days of the despatch date.
Ordering: Once you have completed your payment via PayPal you will receive notification from PayPal advising you that your payment was successful. During this process you will be asked to provide your email address and postal address. You do not need a PayPal account and can pay by any of the cards accepted.
We will send you two emails.
- Advising you that we are processing your order.
- That we have dispatched your order and the date dispatched.
